What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. This describes what the site actually does — not what a template says it might.

Who we are
Get Fair Dairy B.V., Hoogstraat 18, 6001 EV Weert, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce 91500656, VAT NL865673536B01.
For anything on this page, write to info@getfairdairy.nl.
What we collect
If you subscribe to the market report: your email address, and the commodities you asked for. Nothing else, and nothing we did not ask you for.
If you use the contact form or ask for marketplace access: your name, company, email and whatever you write in the message.
If you read the site: a count of which pages were opened and which reports were shared. No tracking pixel, no advertising network, no third party and no profile â the whole method is set out under Cookies.
If you sign in to the members’ area: your sign-ins and the pages you read there, recorded against your address so the desk can support you and see how the service is used.
Why, and on what basis
The market report is sent on your consent, given when you subscribe and withdrawn the moment you unsubscribe.
Contact and access requests are handled on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and of our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us.
Counting visits rests on our legitimate interest in knowing what is read and keeping the site working. Nothing is stored on your device for it, and the anonymous count builds no profile of anyone.
Who else sees it
Brevo (Sendinblue, France) sends the newsletter and the transactional email behind our forms, and stores the subscriber list on our behalf.
Vercel (United States) hosts the site. Server logs there hold the usual request data, including IP addresses, for a short period.
Nobody else. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers — there are none.
How long we keep it
Subscriber details until you unsubscribe, after which Brevo keeps a record that you did so, so we cannot add you back by accident.
Messages from the contact form as long as the conversation is live business, and then as long as Dutch law requires us to keep correspondence about a trade.
Anonymous visit counts for a year. Anything recorded against a signed-in member for ninety days, after which it is deleted.
What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion, or that we stop using it. Email info@getfairdairy.nl and you will hear back from a person.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
The trade data on this site
The deals published under Market data are our own. Counterparty names are removed at the point the data is imported, never at the point it is displayed, so no file behind this website has ever held them.
Deals are also held back for a few days before publication and suppressed where a row would be identifying on its own. What we publish and what we withhold is set out under Methodology.
